Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows, high service standards, and a positive customer experience.
- Manage and supervise staff schedules, conduct training sessions, and evaluate team performance to foster a motivated work culture.
- Drive sales targets by analyzing performance data and implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Implement strict cost control measures to minimize waste, optimize inventory, and maximize store profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and sales figures to make informed business decisions and operational adjustments.
- Lead Local Store Marketing initiatives to attract new customers and strengthen brand visibility within the community.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Sales, Cost Control, and Financial Management.
- Strong background in People Management with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Proven experience in Local Store Marketing and community engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
