Responsibilities
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of advanced packaging RDA equipment and processes on assigned shifts.
- Minimize downtime by promptly troubleshooting equipment and process issues, implementing corrective actions.
- Accelerate NPI (New Product Introduction) milestones to achieve HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in yield, quality, and throughput.
- Collaborate with process, equipment, and maintenance teams to optimize shift operations and handover.
- Maintain accurate shift logs, reports, and documentation for compliance and knowledge transfer.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all shift personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in packaging or assembly processes.
- Proven understanding of RDA (Research and Development Assembly) or similar advanced packaging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work under pressure in a shift environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate across departments and shifts.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and take ownership of shift operations.
