Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, identify their needs, and provide excellent assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage daily sales reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including merchandising displays and shelving.
- Actively participate in stock management, including receiving, unpacking, labelling, and replenishing inventory.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and recommend suitable items.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/High School qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a retail, customer service, or sales-oriented role is preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- A positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a strong customer-first attitude.
