Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and assist with inventory management.
- Handle product inquiries and provide basic recommendations based on customer needs.
- Monitor and report low stock levels to the store manager.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures within the store.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior retail experience required.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Physically fit and able to handle light-to-moderate lifting of stock.
- Reliable, honest, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions.
