Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their tech needs and recommend suitable consumer electronics solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, ensuring customers feel confident in their purchase decisions.
- Maintain an inviting, clean, and organized showroom floor that reflects our premium brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product launches, and competitor offerings.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and participating in periodic stock counts.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in electronics.
- Strong passion for consumer technology and a natural ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and computer literacy.
