As an Academic Coordinator, you will act as a mentor to faculty members, a guide to our students, and a strategist for institutional growth. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day academic operations of the Senior High School department.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty performance to ensure instructional quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with DepEd regulations and institutional academic policies.
- Collaborate with campus administration to refine curriculum delivery and learning outcomes.
- Manage class scheduling, student assessments, and academic monitoring processes.
- Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for teaching staff.
- Address student concerns and maintain open communication channels with parents and guardians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree or units are highly preferred).
- Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an academic leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the K-12 curriculum, particularly the SHS tracks.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet institutional deadlines.
