As the Academic Coordinator, you will serve as a bridge between faculty, administration, and students. You will be responsible for upholding our standards of quality education while fostering a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day academic operations of the Senior High School department.
- Monitor faculty performance and ensure curriculum compliance with DepEd standards.
- Facilitate regular faculty meetings to discuss teaching strategies, student progress, and academic concerns.
- Coordinate school schedules, examination periods, and special academic events.
- Provide guidance and support to students experiencing academic challenges to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the administration to implement innovative learning modules and school policies.
- Prepare regular reports on departmental performance and student achievement metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree or units are highly preferred).
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License (LET passer).
- Proven experience in academic administration or a teaching role within the Senior High School level.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in DepEd SHS curriculum implementation and administrative workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in an academic setting.
