Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations to ensure strict adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Manage technical documentation, including RFI responses, site reports, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and project timelines.
- Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve design-related challenges on-site.
- Develop and refine architectural designs, 3D renderings, and construction drawings using industry-standard software.
- Facilitate effective communication between the design office and the field crew to prevent errors.
- Maintain project schedules and documentation to ensure budget compliance and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Architect in the Philippines.
- Proven professional experience in site supervision or construction project management.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and visualization using SketchUp.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction methodology.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with a focus on project accuracy under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead site meetings.
