Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily on-site civil engineering activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to streamline workflows and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain structural integrity and safety standards.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings for client and management review.
- Monitor material quantities, equipment usage, and labor productivity to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations on all work sites.
- Provide technical guidance to site staff and assist in troubleshooting construction-related issues.
- Track project milestones and assist in scheduling to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred) or working towards licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site civil engineering or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities for team coordination.
- Willingness to work full-time in Batangas City and travel to various project sites as needed.
