Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and manage site logistics across multiple project locations.
- Coordinate manpower and supervise electrical teams to ensure productivity and safety.
- Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with local codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to align project requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to management.
- Manage material resources and control project costs effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Site Electrical Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid Professional Electrical Engineer license (if applicable).
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
