Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Procurement, and Logistics to verify material deliveries, tracking, and receipt documentation
- Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and project specifications
- Conduct regular quality inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, progress logs, and incident documentation
- Enforce safety regulations and implement site-specific hazard mitigation measures
- Resolve technical issues through effective communication with contractors and suppliers
- Assist in resource allocation planning to optimize on-site operations
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications
- Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination
- Valid PRC license as a Civil Engineer
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Certification in construction safety management (OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001)
