Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision and monitoring of construction site activities to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare accurate daily site reports, progress logs, and documentation for submission to management.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure strict compliance with OSH regulations.
- Assist in the interpretation of engineering drawings and site layouts to ensure construction accuracy.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and propose practical solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to manage material procurement and inventory on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for construction and site management are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic CAD software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding site environment.
- Willingness to travel and be stationed at various project sites across Malaysia.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
