Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily M&E site activities to ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and timeline standards.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project progression.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential technical bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Manage material procurement and monitor site resources to maintain cost-efficiency.
- Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings to update project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or M&E project coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the fly.
- Willingness to work on-site in the West region.
