Responsibilities
- Read and interpret MEP shop drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Coordinate MEP installation activities with subcontractors and other trades.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports, track material usage, and manage site documentation.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Support the project team in scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure clear communication and timely approvals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company HSE policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical diploma).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in MEP construction.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding MEP shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM/CAD tools is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites across Jawa Timur.
