Job Description

China Harbour Engineering Company is looking for a skilled Site Engineer to support the NEA Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project at the Tuas Nexus development. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractual documents to guide work execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain project schedule and quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare reports for project management.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material receipts, and test results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction supervisory role.
  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record working with contractors on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards (WSH), and quality assurance procedures.
