China Harbour Engineering Company is looking for a skilled Site Engineer to support the NEA Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project at the Tuas Nexus development. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to coordinate daily site operations, monitor progress, and implement effective solutions to any challenges that arise.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractual documents to guide work execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain project schedule and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare reports for project management.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material receipts, and test results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction supervisory role.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record working with contractors on largeāscale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards (WSH), and quality assurance procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
