Based in Singapore's Central Region, this full-time role offers a competitive salary of SGD 4,000 to 5,000 per month, plus Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and performance bonuses. In this role, you will partner with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities from foundation to handover. You will review drawings, specifications, and method statements, conduct regular site inspections, and implement QA/QC processes to meet client requirements and industry standards. You will also support scheduling, materials planning, RFI management, and daily progress reporting to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and method statements; conduct site inspections and QA/QC checks.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule; report delays and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations; enforce site safety rules and conduct toolbox talks.
- Manage quality control, inspections, testing, and punch-list closeout; assist in commissioning and handover.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily progress logs, RFI logs, and measurement data.
- Support cost control and change management by documenting variations and coordinating with the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; or a recognized diploma with relevant site experience.
- 2+ years of site engineering experience for Site Engineer; 5+ years for Senior Site Engineer are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, QA/QC practices, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications; familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of local building codes and Singapore safety regulations (WSH).
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools; able to compile reports and update progress dashboards.
- Eligible to work in Singapore or possess the right to work status; self-motivated and reliable with a professional approach.
