We are seeking an experienced Site Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor to lead on-site execution and manage all M&E works. As the M&E Supervisor, you will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards, and report progress to the project manager. You’ll be the key technical point of contact on site, solving problems proactively and maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site M&E works including installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety compliance, and progress against schedule.
- Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals; resolve any discrepancies on site.
- Manage site resources (labour, materials, tools) to optimize productivity and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and punch lists; report to the Project Manager.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure all M&E works comply with local standards and legal requirements.
- Lead and mentor site technicians and subcontractor teams to maintain high performance and morale.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in M&E site supervision, preferably in building construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, local codes (including Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations), and construction best practices.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Valid CIDB registration or relevant trade certification will be an advantage.
