Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance and address technical queries.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Supervise electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
- Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and resolve on-site issues effectively.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site engineering or project management in the electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with BCA requirements and LTA regulations is an advantage.
- Registered as a Resident Engineer or possess relevant certifications (e.g., WSQ, LEW).
