Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily site operations to ensure workflow efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning and engineering staff to maintain high performance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Maintain high standards of quality control for all engineering and cleaning tasks performed on-site.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and engineering tools, arranging for replenishment as needed.
- Report daily progress to upper management and promptly address any operational issues or site incidents.
- Ensure all site equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or relevant vocational qualification.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory role within the engineering or cleaning services industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and cleaning methodologies.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
