As a trusted ambassador for the brand, you will combine product expertise with 1:1 styling and consultative selling to meet individual skincare goals, while achieving sales targets and KPIs. The role offers a competitive salary with performance-based commissions, and you will receive ongoing training in product formulation, diagnostics, and client engagement techniques.
You will work closely with the store team to maintain a pristine environment, manage inventory, and participate in brand initiatives and events. You will cultivate relationships with existing clients and welcome new shoppers, ensuring recommendations are tailored to skin type, concerns, and lifestyle.
Key responsibilities include guiding clients through product selections, conducting skincare consultations, processing transactions accurately, and building lasting relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and aftercare advice. You will stay updated on trends, educate customers on regimen routines, and upsell complementary products in a tactful and friendly manner. You will also contribute to visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store events that showcase the brand's luxury positioning.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to luxury skincare clients, ensuring a memorable brand experience.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across skincare, anti-aging, sun protection, and target-specific concerns.
- Build lasting client relationships, drive repeat visits, and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation, inventory control, and compliance with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS, handle cash and returns in a friendly and secure manner.
- Collaborate with team on store events, promotions, and showcases to elevate brand awareness.
- Stay informed of market trends and competitors to provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail or skincare sales (fashion or beauty also acceptable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Passion for skincare, beauty rituals, and customer education.
- Strong upselling and cross-selling abilities with a respectful customer approach.
- Strong team player with reliability and time management.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic operating procedures.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
