Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Produce engaging video content, including filming, editing, and adding captions/effects.
- Design professional graphics for social media posts, stories, and advertisements using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative strategies to improve organic reach and engagement.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages to foster positive brand sentiment.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify successful content types and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A creative portfolio showcasing your video editing and design work is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing trends.
