Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital trends? Zenith is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Social Media Officer to join our team in Karawang. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all major social media platforms. We are seeking a creative individual who is comfortable managing the entire content lifecycle—from the initial brainstorming and production phase to shooting, editing, and final publication.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. If you have a sharp eye for visual trends, a knack for community engagement, and the technical skills to produce high-quality short-form video content, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Manage end-to-end content production, including conceptualizing, shooting, and editing engaging videos and photos.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain brand relevance.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to report on growth and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency in terms of tone, style, and visual identity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proficient in content creation tools and mobile editing applications (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva).
- Deep understanding of the algorithms and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative video production and social media growth.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
