Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence on TikTok and Instagram. This full-time role, based in Manado, offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online voice, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results across Indonesian audiences and beyond.
In this role you will own end-to-end social media activities—from content ideation and creation to posting, community engagement, and performance analysis. You will stay ahead of platform trends, optimize posting schedules, and collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines while amplifying our message to target audiences.

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging TikTok and Instagram content that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Edit and caption short-form videos, ensuring high production quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and trends to nurture community engagement.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, impressions) and report insights to optimize future content.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop and execute cohesive social media campaigns.
- Identify emerging trends and platform best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage content calendar, scheduling, and cross-posting to maximize visibility.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and contribute to the development of social media guidelines and standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with TikTok and Instagram expertise.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, short-form video content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush) and social media analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian; ability to craft compelling captions.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to optimizing content performance.
- Knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to maintain consistent tone of voice.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media advertising concepts is a plus.
