We are seeking a talented Software Developer with a specialized focus on Data Visualization and Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. You will partner directly with key stakeholders to design, build, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements.
- Write and optimize complex DAX measures and calculated columns to support advanced data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data reporting needs.
- Clean, transform, and model data from various sources to ensure accuracy and performance of reports.
- Perform regular performance tuning on existing reports and data models to enhance user experience.
- Document technical specifications and provide training or support to end-users for self-service reporting.
- Maintain data integrity and security standards across all business intelligence platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL is essential.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
