Job Description
Join Berca Hardayaperkasa as a Solution Architect (Presales Network) and help enterprise customers design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient networking solutions. This is a customer-facing, technology-driven role where you translate business goals into practical network architectures and win strategic opportunities for Berca Hardayaperkasa.
In this role you will be responsible for shaping end-to-end network solutions across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, security, and cloud connectivity. You will map customer requirements to leading vendor architectures, deliver architecture diagrams, bill of materials, implementation roadmaps, and compelling proofs of concept. You will lead technical workshops, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and articulate the business value of your designs to both technical and executive audiences.
As a member of our Presales Network team, you will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Partners to tailor proposals for industries including manufacturing, finance, and public sector. You will stay current with industry trends and certification trends, and you will be a trusted advisor guiding customers from initial engagement through deployment. Responsibilities
- Lead presales engagements for enterprise networking opportunities, including scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and security.
- Develop architecture artifacts such as diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), security designs, failover strategies, and migration/implementation roadmaps.
- Create proofs of concept and live demonstrations addressing concrete customer use cases and ROI.
- Prepare RFx/RFP responses, technical proposals, and competitive analyses in coordination with Sales and Partners.
- Present architectures and value propositions to diverse audiences, from IT operations staff to CIO-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to validate designs, conduct vendor assessments, and ensure compatibility with customer environments.
- Support post-sale activation with handover to delivery teams and knowledge transfer for successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network architecture, presales, or solutions engineering for enterprise networks.
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching, security technologies (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS), SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
- Relevant vendor certifications (CCNP/CCIE or equivalent) and willingness to pursue additional certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English; proven presentation and storytelling skills.
- Proven track record of winning deals and building trusted advisor relationships with customers.
- Willingness to travel as required; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
