Job Description
Roket Jaya Abadi is seeking an experienced SPV Civil (Construction Site Supervisor) to lead and oversee civil construction projects in Depok, Jawa Barat. The successful candidate will manage daily site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive projects to timely completion.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between the project management team and on-site crews, providing technical guidance, monitoring progress, and resolving issues that arise during construction. You will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) regulations and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of workmanship and adherence to design drawings.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation for project managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in cost control by tracking labor, equipment, and material usage against the project budget.
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts on-site, liaising with engineers and supervisors as required.
- Mentor junior supervisors and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or SPV on civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety (K3) regulations and environmental compliance.
- Ability to use construction management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
