You will be responsible for driving business growth by educating clients on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations while promoting our high-quality recycled plastic products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a flair for business development and a deep commitment to environmental stewardship. You will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in the Central Luzon region, ensuring our clients achieve their compliance goals while supporting sustainable manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for EPR compliance services and recycled plastic product sales.
- Consult with corporate clients to provide tailored solutions for their plastic footprint management.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the manufacturing and retail sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of EPR services and material supply.
- Stay updated on the latest Philippine environmental regulations and EPR compliance mandates to serve as a subject matter expert for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of environmental sustainability practices, specifically regarding plastic waste management and EPR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting ambitious sales KPIs.
- High level of professional integrity and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
