Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and procurement costs.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with vendors and distribution partners.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure 100% accuracy in stock records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics bottlenecks.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, maintaining high-quality standards for raw materials and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with production schedules and sales forecasts.
- Generate and present detailed performance reports to senior management, identifying key trends and areas for continuous growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of local logistics regulations and supply chain management best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
