Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in Mandarin and Indonesian (emails, letters, and reports).
- Translate business documents, contracts, and internal communications accurately.
- Assist management with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical office records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure information flow is efficient.
- Prepare meeting minutes and daily reports as required.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Mandarin (Native or advanced level).
- Strong command of English and Indonesian language skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
