BSN Technologies Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Compliance to join our team in Kabupaten Kendal. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our operational processes align with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of financial service regulations, and the ability to maintain documentation with high accuracy.
As a Compliance Staff member, you will be the first line of defense in monitoring organizational activities, identifying potential risks, and supporting the management team in upholding the highest standards of corporate governance. We are looking for someone who is disciplined, ethical, and committed to fostering a culture of compliance across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review daily operations to ensure adherence to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate compliance documentation and audit trails.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of operational and regulatory risks.
- Conduct periodic internal checks and reporting to verify departmental compliance.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to address compliance gaps or findings.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations in the financial and technology sector to ensure company policies remain relevant.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management regarding compliance status and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or administrative support roles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
