As a key member of our field operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of customs clearance processes and logistics coordination for our diverse clientele.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company on the ground, maintaining excellent relationships with customs authorities, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with current regulations. Responsibilities

  • Managing and monitoring customs clearance processes (PPJK) for import and export shipments.
  • Coordinating with port authorities, customs officials, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely cargo release.
  • Ensuring all logistics documentation, including PIB/PEB, is accurate and compliant with Indonesian customs regulations.
  • Handling field-related logistics issues and resolving obstacles that may arise during cargo handling.
  • Conducting routine check-ups on shipment status and reporting progress to the internal logistics team.
  • Maintaining professional communication and relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all field activities strictly adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the PPJK field, customs brokerage, or logistics operational role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs systems (CEISA/NLE) and import-export regulations.
  • Possess a valid Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan (PPJK certificate) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in the field (port/warehouse area).
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital documentation systems.
  • Residing in or willing to be placed in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
