Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of HVAC systems and cleanroom utilities for semiconductor manufacturing
- Provide technical guidance for mechanical system troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement plans for facility infrastructure
- Collaborate with production teams to align mechanical solutions with operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, SEMI) and safety regulations
- Manage cross-functional engineering projects from conception to implementation
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians to build technical capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience in semiconductor or high-tech facilities
- Expertise in HVAC systems, cleanroom design, and utility distribution networks
- Proven track record leading complex engineering projects and teams
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and engineering simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14644, SEMI standards, and facility compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under production deadlines
