Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise MEP installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project workflow.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control audits to ensure installations meet technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and project status reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the construction or maintenance phase.
- Monitor site progress and ensure project milestones are met within the agreed timeframe.
- Maintain documentation of all technical project data and ensure adherence to local building codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in MEP engineering roles.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, fire safety standards, and energy efficiency systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
