Responsibilities
- Process optimization and improvement for semiconductor manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and testing to ensure product specifications are met
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and quality issues
- Document processes, procedures, and quality standards
- Train production staff on new processes and quality control measures
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
