Responsibilities
- Ensure product continuity and quality maintenance after mass production
- Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of product-related issues
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes
- Develop and implement product improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for efficient product distribution
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product engineering
- Document processes and create technical documentation for product sustainment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product engineering, with focus on logistics
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience with product lifecycle management and sustainment engineering
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
- Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams
