In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our supply chain efficiency by managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and optimizing costs to support our operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from purchase requisitions to order placement and delivery tracking.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Finance, and Warehouse) to ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet production schedules.
  • Analyze purchasing trends and market prices to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports for management review.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
  • Domiciled in or willing to work in Gunung Putri, Jawa Barat.
