Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and deliver comprehensive STEM lesson plans tailored for children and teenagers.
- Collaborate with the technical department to prototype and build educational robotics and engineering projects.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions that encourage hands-on learning and student participation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain and organize classroom technical equipment, ensuring all tools are safe and functional.
- Stay updated with global STEM education trends to keep our curriculum competitive and modern.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and exhibitions to promote STEM literacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience teaching or mentoring children in a formal or informal setting.
- Strong proficiency in basic coding (Scratch, Python) or robotics hardware (Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive 'builder' mindset.
- Ability to work full-time in Surabaya, East Java.
