Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and dishwashing stations
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and perform routine maintenance
- Wash, dry, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Sort and dispose of waste materials following sustainability protocols
- Adhere to HACCP standards and food safety regulations
- Assist with receiving, storing, and inventory of kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with culinary team during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or dishwashing preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting tasks
- Basic communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
