Responsibilities
- Provide expert product demonstrations and recommendations to customers based on their wellness needs.
- Maintain high store standards through visual merchandising and keeping the retail space organized and welcoming.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their goals and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving stocks, restocking shelves, and conducting regular audits.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our lifestyle wellness product range to encourage brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in premium or wellness segments.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance metrics.
