Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper display and inventory rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelves, counters, and fitting rooms.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate low stock items or replenishment needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for sales transactions and inventory.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting, and carrying merchandise as needed.
