Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and provide efficient, friendly service at the counter.
- Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store display areas, dining space, and work stations.
- Assist in the preparation and replenishment of baked goods, ensuring products are attractively displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low-stock items.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily store sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to store operations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
