Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Accurately process customer transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare high-quality food and beverage items in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor, service counters, and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise and ingredients.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Handle customer concerns or feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Completed at least Senior High School or equivalent vocational training.
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Willingness to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
