As the Store General Manager, you will serve as the primary leader of our retail facility, responsible for orchestrating day-to-day operations, driving profitability, and fostering an environment where both our customers and team members thrive.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily retail operations to ensure high productivity and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets.
- Manage store P&L, including expense control, inventory management, and labor cost optimization.
- Maintain high store standards regarding merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation.
- Mentor, coach, and develop store staff to build a high-performing, customer-centric team.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer escalations effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
