Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all daily retail operations to ensure high productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets.
  • Manage store P&L, including expense control, inventory management, and labor cost optimization.
  • Maintain high store standards regarding merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop store staff to build a high-performing, customer-centric team.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer escalations effectively.
