Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Retail Management, preferably in FMCG or Baby Products.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- Must be willing to be based in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
