Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of solar energy equipment and warehouse supplies.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock levels to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Perform daily physical inventory checks and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Ensure that all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with company safety standards.
- Prepare items for dispatch and assist in packing orders accurately.
- Operate manual warehouse tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the team in various daily operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment regularly.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing and moving for extended periods).
- Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be a resident of North Caloocan or surrounding areas for ease of commute.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new operational processes.
