Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of juice baristas to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and minimize wastage to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Develop and implement local store marketing strategies to drive customer traffic.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure a positive brand reputation.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Highly organized, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
