Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor SOP compliance for recruitment, training development, promotional activities, finance, stock management, and daily operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and sales floor activities
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth store operations and effective problem resolution
- Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability while maintaining service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management with proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and motivation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
