Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to ensure high-quality customer service standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Resident of Cebu City or surrounding areas is an advantage
