Responsibilities
- Develop and execute store strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales KPIs.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand aesthetic.
- Manage employee scheduling, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Johor region to drive strategic decisions.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing store P&L.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; ability to converse in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
