Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Monitor sales performance and execute strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage inventory control procedures including stock replenishment and loss prevention
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and recognition programs
- Coordinate with suppliers and resolve vendor-related operational issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development and coaching abilities
- Expertise in inventory management, loss prevention, and retail analytics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to resolve customer escalations
